Full Description: Emerson was so friendly he kept finding his way into someone's home. The homeowners saw his flea collar and knew he was someone's pet, so they brought him to the shelter to hopefully be reunited with his owner. He is microchipped but it was never registered and unfortunately no one came forward to claim him. He is an affectionate boy who would like to lay in your lap if you'll be so kind as to rub his ears. He may even give you a couple licks to say thank you. Emerson previously lived with a dog and it really stressed him out, so a home without other animals would be ideal.
