Meet sweet SUGAR – her name could not be more fitting. She is 8 years old and a total lap baby. She has a small limp that cannot be fixed – it slows her down slightly but doesn’t seem to cause her pain. She is EXTREMELY loving – a total lap companion that wants to just lay with you most of the day. She is completely house trained, loves her crate, is laid back and spends a lot of time sleeping and enjoying being snuggled near her humans. She does great with other dogs. May be best in a house without small children as she can get irritated with too much noise and confusion. She rarely barks (which is great for a beagle)! If you are looking for a loving, lay by your side companion – this is your girl. She has a lot of life left in her but doesn’t require extensive exercise or running to keep her calm and satisfied. Sugar is heart worm positive but has already started on the slow kill method which just requires two heartworm preventative pills per month. It wont be long and this little girl will be fully healed. This little loving girl is waiting on her forever family to scoop her up and let her have the best rest of her life that is possible.
