Elsa Hound Mix Manhattan, KS

Hello! My name is Elsa. I am a 7 month old hound mix. I am potty trained and crate trained (it is my safe haven when i feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, i just lay in my crate for a little while). I am a very shy but lovable girl and i don't open up easily. I would like a family that is going to have patience and need an open, big yard to run as i love being outside! I do well with other dogs but i don't understand what cats are :) i have foster kids currently and do well with them. FOSTER UPDATE 9-7-19:
Meet Elsa, she was named after Elsa from Frozen. She is nearly a year old, so she is about full grown. We believe she is some shepherd/terrier mix. She weighs 30# and would be considered a mid sized dog. She lives with other dogs, cats and best of all kids at her fosters home. She is kennel trained and her kennel is her safe place. When there are loud noises or lots of commotion, we will cower and retreat to her kennel. She is potty trained and enjoys her fenced yard, so she should have one at her forever home. She could use some continued training on the leash, she likes to pull. This sweet girl has been waiting some time for her forever home, is it with you?
