Christopher Staffordshire Bull Terrier & English Bulldog Mix Franklin, WI

I am Christopher's foster mom. I have been fostering for 10 years. I am a professional groomer, a dog trainer, and a pet photographer. I can honestly say Christopher is one of the best dogs I have ever known ( and I have known a lot of dogs in my 25 year career). I rescued him myself from a high kill shelter in Kentucky because his temperament was so good. I have had him here for over two weeks now and during that time, he has had a dental to repair a broken tooth, and I have tested him with cats, kids, puppies and other dogs. He has been friendly to everyone. As you can see in one of the pictures you can put your hand in his dish while he is eating. He has been very well behaved here. He rarely barks, he walks nicely on leash and he is housebroken. He is learning to sit and shake paw and he LOVES to ride in the car. He enjoys going places with you and is otherwise content to hang out on the couch or his dog bed. He likes to chew on bones and will work for treats. He adores his little two pound foster brothers (Chihuahua puppies) and he really enjoys the time I spend with him taking walks. Christopher is very affectionate. He will cuddle with you on the couch and loves belly rubs. He has a smile that lights up the room and if I didn't already have 3 dogs I would keep him. He will make a great best friend for a lucky adopter.
