Meet Izzy! A 9 week old adorable little girl looking for her forever home.
Izzy was born prematurely and found hypothermic, pale and holding onto life by a thread as a newborn kitten. If she had gone even another minute before being helped she would likely not be here. Izzy was a little fighter from the start and was slowly warmed and stimulated. A few hours later she was moving and starting to vocalize. Izzy was too weak to nurse at first and her mother was overwhelmed with the kittens she had so Izzy was tube fed and then graduated to the bottle as soon as she was strong enough to suckle. She grew and developed without incident and is now a happy, healthy and vibrant girl.
Izzy is playful and full of energy. She loves interacting with people and is a sassy little girl with a huge personality. She always takes the opportunity to sit on her foster moms lap when she’s sitting and loves playing with her toys.
Because Izzy is high energy she should go to a home that already has a kitty she can play with unless her family is adopting another kitty. She needs to be able to rough house and tumble with a friend and will be a better car because of it.

An application, including character references from non-relatives, one of whom should be your veterinarian, will be required. Your donation of $100 will contribute to the cost of veterinary treatments the cat has received, such as spay/neuter, rabies shot, distemper shot, worming medication, and flea and ear mite treatment.
