Meet Pete

Pete is a stoic soul that once he loves you he will love you until his last breath. He bonds immensely with things/people that are constant in his life. He came in wearing a sweatshirt, which right now he cannot live without and has become much attached to a blanket he has had since first coming to the shelter. He also has a very playful side and likes to be out and about sunning his cute tail all with intermittent enjoyment of having his belly rubbed. Fetch? Why, yes. Pete is also very into fine tuning the art of the game of dogs. He is house-broke, likes all people and other dogs. Animals of the feline persuasion, not so much. If Pete had a motto it would be, “with trust comes much love”. I like his way of thinking, don’t you?
