Update: Turns out he was an owner relinquish. His name is Oliver. We don't know if he is OK with other animals, so, if you already have other dogs, they must come in for a meet and greet. Unfortunately, since he was dropped off claiming to be a stray, we don't have much information on him. Since he has been here we have noticed that he isn't housetrained. He could also use some leash work. If Oliver is given the chance to run, he will indeed run. Otherwise, he is a total love bug and is the perfect lap dog.
