KIKI Klee Kai Lincoln, NE

If you are familiar with the Klee Kai, you know that they are an amazing, affectionate, rare breed that is delightful in every way! We LOVE our little girl, Kiki, she is an absolute sweetheart. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She is a spunky, adventurous, and independent little girl who is very outgoing and LOVES to play. She loves playing outside in the yard, she loves to play with toys, balls, stuffed toys, squeaker toys, you name it she will play with it! Kiki is doing well on potty training and will go outside to potty as long as she is let out often enough. This smart girl has learned how to sit and we have no doubt will pick up other new tricks as she is very treat motivated. She knows her name and will come when she is called (most of the time). Kiki loves dogs of all sizes and ages and she wants to play with everyone. She will often tell the other dogs if she wants them to play or if they are doing something she doesn't like. She does great with adults and older children, she has not been around young children. She has done fine around cats, does not chase them and really has no interest in them. Kiki is an absolute lover who loves attention. She also loves to talk and tell you all about her day and what she thinks! KiKi loves to play and her foster mom thinks she would do best to have another dog as a playmate. Because Klee Kai's tend to be escape artists and flight risks, we do require that Kiki is adopted to a home with a six foot privacy fence. She does great in the kennel but her foster mom does leave her out at times and she does great. Miss KiKi is an active girl and is looking for a family that will explore and go on adventures with her and give her all the love she deserves.

Kiki is a purebred Klee Kai, weighs 10 lbs and was born approximately 8-4-18. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $650 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.

We are a foster-home based rescue group and do not have a facility. We are 100% volunteer staff. All communication is done via email AFTER your application has been submitted. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
