Meet Hobo Joe
Hobo Joe was left tied outside the shelter one afternoon. He had a horrible skin condition. We immediately made him a Dutch Fund Recipient and got him to our vet. He got a pedicure, meds and shampoo for medicated baths. He is such a trooper and just loves everyone. It won't be long before his beauty shines through and we can see what the real Hobo Joe looks like.
He has an appointment to get neutered and microchipped April 23.
