Pink Australian Shepherd Mix Argyle, NY

The sweet girl will have you feeling in the pink for sure! She is such a sweetheart. An amazing companion, she can't wait to find her forever home. Our Miss Pink is all heart and soul, and loves to be with her people. Pink is an Australian Shepherd, but is quite petite for the breed, weighing in at just 38 pounds. She loves to go in the car, and is happy to ride shotgun or sprawl out on the back seat. Maybe stop for a stroll at your favorite trail or town park while you're out and about? She loves the sunshine and to sniff about. Pink has impeccable house manners, is easy, easy on the leash and great with other dogs (all she asks is that they please not jump on her unexpectedly). Her only request is a feline free home.

Pink was rescued from an irresponsible breeding situation. She was already in a 'motherly" way, and was a fantastic mom. Having raised her babies, she is excited to start her own forever journey. You may be surprised to learn that this wonderful girl was born with vision loss. Please don't stop reading, because a dog's first sense is the sense of smell, not vision, and Pink navigates in a way that is so impressive, you may forget she has a vision deficit at all. She certainly doesn't feel sorry about it, and it doesn't impair her one bit. She is comical, loving, gentle and so deserving.

Pink is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue centered in Bonifay and Panama City, FL (NY Lic #1054). Pink's $250 adoption donation includes spay surgery, microchip, vaccines, de-worm, flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention.
