Chanel is a soft, beautiful, little teddy bear cub. She is quiet, gentle and loves attention. She has mother instincts, so gently let’s the other dogs know when they are in her personal space or too close to her food, but she plays well with other dogs. She sleeps all night in a kennel with no accidents. She loves being able to wander in a fenced-in yard. She greets all new people with a tail wag and a kiss. She hasn’t been around small children, but with slow movements and a gentle touch, she will likely be fine. She wants to please everyone. We love this quiet, gentle, loving, stout little girl.

Chanel is an Australian Shepherd/mix, weighs 30 and was born approximately 3-20-17. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & given a Proheart injection for 6 months of heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.

Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
