Meet Miss Piggy
Urgent need of a calm home with an older dog or no dogs to give this girl time to heal from her surgery. if you know someone that is home a lot and needs a companion she would be perfect for that person
Miss Piggy is recovering well from her surgery to remove mammary tumors. We are still waiting on her biopsy results but we also want to open her up to applications for long term foster or adoption.
She is a special case. She needs a special home. And we're going to keep searching until we find it. Depending on the results of the biopsy it may be a hospice home.
She isn't a huge fan other dogs or cats and though she ignores them most of the time, sometimes she gets a little feisty, especially around food. After the life she had, I guess who can blame her.
She needs someone home a lot, maybe a Senior who stays home. She's very low key and sleeps much of the day. She gets very anxious if she can't see her people and because she is deaf, she can't hear you call for her. She just cries and howls when alone. She sleeps at the foot of the bed and snores the night away. She wants to be touching you. She needs assurance you won't leave her alone like she was before.
She is completely housebroken.
She is around 5 but seems much older, utd on her vaccines, spayed. She absolutely loves people and kids but would do best in a quiet home without other dogs.
She needs a calm place to heal her heart and body and enjoy whatever time she has left.
Her foster is sponsoring her Adoption fee for the right home.
Please share all over!
