Diesel - Great Running Buddy! American Staffordshire Terrier & Mastiff Mix Sparta, WI

Meet Diesel! Diesel is a 1 year old male American Staffordshire Terrier/Mastiff Mix that is looking for his new forever home!
Diesel is an energetic, active and adventurous boy! His ideal family would be one that is just as active! He'd love Outdoorsy humans that can take him for daily walking, running, or hiking, and/or provide him with lots of play time and obedience training!
Unfortunately, Diesel didn't have a ton of structure in his previous home, so he needs an owner willing to work with him on manners (no jumping!) and leash walking. Because of his size and energy level, Diesel would most likely do well around older children so that he doesn't knock them over. He lived in a home with another dog and did well, but any other dog in the home would need to be able to handle his play style as well. He's the rough-and-tumble wrestlin' type!
Diesel is house broken and keeps his kennel clean. Because he's still young, we would recommend utilizing a crate or a blocked-off area in the home when you first bring him home so that he can get used to the new surroundings and new potty schedule.
Diesel came to us extremely under weight. Right now we're working alongside our veterinarian to get Diesel to a healthy weight.

Diesel is vaccinated and neutered. His adoption fee is $150.00
