Meet Chi Chi

Chi Chi - is neutered male Yorkshire terrier. We were told that he is 8 years old but, he is likely a few years older. He was neglected by his original owner who took him to her veterinarian to be euthanized when she no longer wanted to be bothered with him. Fortunately, the veterinarian who examined him convinced his owner to release him to the hospital. Chi Chi was extremely thin and had severe dental disease which unfortunately led to him needing to have all of his teeth extracted and a portion of his lower jaw removed. Chi Chi does need to eat soft foods only and often needs assistance eating but is quite otherwise quite healthy. Chi Chi loves attention, gets along well with others and especially loves having a soft comfy bed to sleep in.
