PV loves to talk. He is the chattiest cat you will ever meet. He loves people. He loves cats. If he even sees a picture of a cat he gets all heart eyes about it.
PV needs a little TLC, his fur is still a bit oily but his dandruff has pretty much resolved.
This amazing cat is available as a forever foster. We take care of his medical needs, you provide all the love.
The Quad City Animal Welfare Center's Adoption & Education Center is located at 724 2nd Avenue W. in Milan, IL.
We are open Monday noon to 5 p.m., Wednesdays - Saturdays noon to 5 p.m., and closed on Sundays and Tuesdays.
