Spot - update: in foster! Mixed Breed Myerstown, PA

Ladies and Gentlemen! Introducing a stocky, sturdy fella simply called Spot! Volunteer favorite and low rider Spot walks politely on his leash. Volunteers tell us he loves the play yard where he can prance like a deer and get spunky! Spot is very comical with his short stocky body and huge head! Spot does not have much interest in toys but does love treats! This handsome fella likes to take a bit of time to get to know new people. Once he warms up to you he is very playful and excited to see you. This solid macho man is food and treat motivated! Canine siblings for Spot will depend on the outcome of a meet and greet (tends to get over excited with other dogs). Spot will thrive best in an adult household or possibly with dog savvy teens (he can be a rough player). Spot is a 6 year old male mixed breed who was abandoned by his previous owner and brought to our shelter by local authorities. A dog savvy family or owner with breed experience will help handsome Spot to thrive in his new home. Applications are now being accepted for Spot. Staff and our dog trainer will review applications for Spot. Once an application is reviewed/approved for a potential adopter a Meet and Greet will be scheduled.
