Meet Lucy
Lucy is a beautiful German Shepherd, about 1 and a half years old.
Lucy is a very nervous girl and takes time to acclimate to new people or environments, but she is very friendly and has a goofy personality. She likes to hide her treats and toys, and LOVES being outside.
Lucy is heartworm positive and will be available through our foster-to-adopt program. She will come home with her own treatment plan that has been scheduled and will need to be followed through by the foster. After her last treatment, the foster will be able to sign paperwork to officially adopt her. Any other questions can be answered by our kennel staff here at the shelter.
Lucy is also on a strict exercise restriction and will need minimal walks and yard time, despite her love for it.
