Meet Quinn

If a sweet girl who loves to make eye contact & give you a literal wink & an actual smile, & practically talk to you- moves your heart, she's your girl! Happiest just to be in your presence, & also loves when you are throwing her favorote toy, or merely speaking her name; yet she is slso self-sufficient & non-needy. Almost the perfect dog. Very engaging. Very human oriented. Active & full of energy to play, she also loves to gaze into your eyes, & I swear I think she's going to come out with a complicated sentence any day now. She thinks she's one of us, & in many ways is better. Rides in car like a champ! Champ on a leash! She overcame harsh abuse living on a 3 foot chain, chained to a stake in the ground, no shade, cover, or shelter, covered in mange & ants, with her water always tipped over in scorching SC heat. Perhaps that's why she's so in love with the water from the water hose. She has co-lived with another pen buddy, but is dog-selective/ dominant, but can get along with the right fit! ??
