Meet Baxter
Baxter is an 11 pound, 10-year-old Miniature Dachshund / Chihuahua mix. He was born on Christmas Eve in 2008.
Baxter is a super sweet and very energetic dog. He loves to be part of the gang and all activities. He also really loves to cuddle and makes a good lap dog. He enjoys walks and car rides.
Baxter is kennel trained and will go in once he knows what is expected of him. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. Please note that he does have issues with asking to go potty outside. If you take him out often, he does not have accidents in the house.
His previous owner unfortunately developed Alzheimer's and had to go into a memory care facility. He is looking for someone to love him and spend time with him.
