Trix Poodle Houston, TX

Trix is a male miniature poodle about 8 years old and 11 pounds. He was found as a stray and entrusted to us so that we could place him into a suitable loving home. Trix is a well-socialized and happy dog who has done well in his time with us. He’s a favorite of the staff and volunteers. He has a laid-back temperament that has been described as “sweet, friendly and happy”.

Trix likes attention and is eager to please. He is light enough to carry around if you want to. In fact, holding him in your arms places him within “licking and kissing” distance of your face and that’s something he loves to do. Trix walks well on a leash and loves exploring and sniffing the surrounding area. He’s curious about everything. It’s fun to see him strut around with his tail wagging happily in the vertical position.

Trix will make a fine lifetime companion and pet who is sure to worm his way into your heart. No toddlers please – we don’t think he would understand their exuberence. We really love this dog! Call today for an appointment to meet and potentially adopt this great little dog.

All the dogs are healthy, spayed/neutered, current on shots, parasite / heart worm disease tested (and treated if positive). All dogs are microchipped, groomed and trained to use a doggie door.
