We highly recommend puppy classes and/or obedience classes for Windsor. Aussie’s can grow into higher energy and are quick learners so teaching them manners would be ideal. And, it helps with bonding too! We think you’ll enjoy it with any of the puppies in this litter. They also are great at agility. If you’ve never thought of that, take a fun class and learn just how smart these little puppies are.

This breed is known for herding so they may try herding small children or other animals. If you are concerned about that or herd nipping as they grow up, please consider another breed of dog. Check our profiles for dogs are good with children or are not herding breeds.

Windsor is a male Australian Shepherd/mix born approximately 11-9-18 and weighed 9.6 lbs at his last vet visit. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative & dewormed. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
