No, this is not a pillow or a soft ball of cotton. This soft billowing cloud of white is Whisper. Whisper is a bit of a cuddle bug and will happily crawl into your lap, plop her fluffy tail down and head off to puppy dreamland. Whisper is a great little puppy. She has been around big dogs, her siblings and is happy to play with other, chase her siblings or happily doing her own thing. No co-dependency here! She’s just an all around great little buddy. Do you need a co-pilot to run errands? How about a side-kick to take for a walk? Maybe kick back and watch some TV? We think this little lady may be your best buddy.

We think Whisper would love to go to puppy classes and learn some great manners and how to have fun being a puppy with a new family. Aussie’s can grow into higher energy and are quick learners so classes would be ideal. And, it helps with bonding too!

This breed is known for herding so they may try herding small children or other animals. If you are concerned about that or herd nipping as they grow up, please consider another breed of dog. Check our profiles for dogs are good with children or are not herding breeds.

Whisper is a female Australian Shepherd/mix born approximately 11-9-18. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative & dewormed. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled after your application has been approved. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
