Wilshire is a young energetic boy who will woo you with that inquisitive, loving face!! Wilshire has been around children and other dogs. Because of his size and energy, we would recommend a home with older children. We highly recommend puppy classes and/or obedience classes for Wilshire. Aussie’s can grow into higher energy and are quick learners so teaching them manners would be ideal. And, it helps with bonding too! We think you’ll enjoy it with any of the puppies in this litter. They also are great at agility. If you’ve never thought of that, take a fun class and learn just how smart these little puppies are.

Wilshire is a male Australian Shepherd/Bernese Mountain Dog mix (our best guess of breeds) born approximately 11-9-18 who weighs 60 lbs but may grow a bit bigger before topping off. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative & dewormed. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled after your application has been approved. We are a foster-home based rescue group and do not have a facility. We are 100% volunteer staff. All communication is done via email AFTER your application has been submitted. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
