Meet Hunter
Hunter is a 2 year old brindlequin great dane that just came into the rescue for no fault of his own, he just became too much for his former owner to handle.
He's a happy and playful dane, and his previous household had two senior dogs that were not tolerating his energy levels.
For his age, he is surprisingly calm and attentive with his foster momma and her pack. Hunter is currently living in a foster home with another male and female dane and he gets along great with them both. He is very social. He definitely feeds off the other dogs, and looks to them for comfort and guidance. He needs to be in a home with another large dog.
He previously lived with kids and was great with them too. Again, he's playful and can accidentally easily knock over a toddler or young kid.
Hunter is not fully potty trained, and his foster mom is working on that with him. We will require that he go to a home with a properly fenced in yard.
Hunter is now neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Hunter's adoption fee will be $300. To fill out an application form, go to www.nwflgdr.com/adoption.html. There is a $20 non-refundable application donation. Please read over the requirements for adoption before applying.
