We didn't want to brag, but the day Eleanor arrived in Nebraska, the Huskers started winning. And we don't think that's any coincidence. Everything is better when this little kitten is around. Eleanor is such a unique kitten with so much love to give! Her soft grey coat has highlights of brown, making her one of the most unique kittens we have ever seen (and we've seen a few kittens in our days!). Eleanor is the perfect package: she has perfect litter box manners, endlessly purrs when you pet her, loves to cuddle with her foster mom, and is great with other cats and dogs. Eleanor is a Russian Blue/mix kitten born in August 2018 (she is not a purebred therefore not hypoallergenic). She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and dewormed. Adoption fee is $140 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. We are a foster-home based rescue group and do not have a facility. We are 100% volunteer staff. All communication is done via email AFTER your application has been submitted. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
