Ash is a shy, but sweet and playful 5 month-old Schipperke puppy! He came to us with his sister from a puppy mill where he did not have the opportunity to know what feeling love from humans felt like. Ash is still learning how to be a puppy as he watches the way his foster fur siblings act as beloved family pets! He is taking his time coming out of his shell when around his foster mom but is starting to show his playful personality when around his fur siblings. He is happiest when he is playing with his sister and loves treats ! Since Ash is still a puppy who is learning how to be a pet, he will need a family who will be both persistent and patient as he continues to learn his potty manners. Because of his shy/timid tendancies a leash is a scary thing, so he would prefer a home with a fenced in yard so he can run freely. Ash will need a home with existing dogs in order to continue to have a role model on how a good puppy should behave and allow him to further develop his confidence. He will come to his new home neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations. His adoption fee is $400.
