In an effort to save more lives, HT is allowing expedited adoptions for certain animals if applicants bring required paperwork. You can bring your new family member home more quickly by bringing your current pets' vet records, a copy of your lease or landlord letter stating you are permitted to have pets, and photos of your home. Help us help you adopt more quickly!

Sheba came to us from Moscow where she was rescued from euthanasia. Like most terriers she may be skittish with strangers but just needs some baby talk to calm her down. Sheba would do best in a home without small children. Sheba did well with other dogs at the shelter she came from.

Great dog. Sheba is friendly with dogs smaller than her, and enjoyed going to doggy daycare. She found urban living to be stressful so she would like to live in a quieter area. Sheba likes meeting people before they come into the home as she can become nervous otherwise. Sheba is extremely sensitive to strong smells such as smoke. At the slightest detection of it she sneezes. Sheba would need a home with no cats.

The adoption fee for this dog is $25. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered.
