Meet Legion

Legion is a mixed breed who was brought to us as a stray. He was running loose at a farmers market; nobody recognized him. He may have broken loose from being tethered due to having a long piece of a tie out cable attached to his collar. He did well riding in the car to the shelter and seems to be friendly.
