Meet Logan

Lexi, Lacy, Logan and Larry were surrendered together by their owner who fell on hard times and could no longer care for them. Lacy and Larry are the parents of Logan and Lexi. Logan is about 6 months old and weighs 10 pounds. He is sociable with other dogs. He has an outgoing, friendly, happy demeanor. If you would like to meet him, please read the following paragraphs which detail our application and adoption processes.

If this listing is still posted then we are still accepting application for him/her. The best match will be selected and contacted to confirm an appointment. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt.

If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED FOR ADOPTION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.

All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. and they range from $225-$495.

Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so. This is a great article from 3LostDogs that explains the trials and tribulations of puppyhood: http://3lostdogs.com/things-wish-everyone-knew-before-they-get-dog-2/
