WOLF - Howl'oween Adoption Special! $250 through Oct 31st.

Wolf is a giant among dogs, but the most gentle you could meet! He is determined to be your most loyal companion and desperately wants to please. Wolf has the most handsome face with a wispy coat and whiskers. He is a solid 107 lbs but would prefer to be a lap dog or right next to you on the couch. Playtime is his favorite but he would also love to just snuggle up and catch some college football on lazy Saturdays. Wolf lived with a family who had an abundance of pets and surrendered several of them because they were not capable of caring for so many. He does great with dogs of all sizes but thinks cats are meant to be a snack, so he requires a home with no cats. We are hopeful Wolf will soon find his perfect match so he can start the next chapter of his life as a cherished family member.

Wolf appears to be a Labrador Retriever mixed with Irish Wolfhound (our best guess of breeds!), weighs a solid 107 lbs and was born approximately 8-14-14. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & given a Proheart injection for 6 months of heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $350 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled after your application has been approved. We are a foster-home based rescue group and do not have a facility. We are 100% volunteer staff. All communication is done via email AFTER your application has been submitted. PLEASE be sure to answer all questions completely or it will delay processing, be sure to include vet phone#. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
