Meet Phil - fostered in Spring, TX

I’m Phil, a male brown and tan long haired dachshund mix who is about a year old and weighs about seventeen pounds with natural ears and tail. I was traveling on the streets for awhile with a friend when finally someone decided I needed a real home. I was afraid of being groomed, but I know I’ll get better once I get used to this kind of TLC. I’m a little cautious meeting new people, but warm up very quickly. I’m good being picked up and handled too. Everyone that sees me, just thinks I’m adorable. That’s embarrassing. Once SRT has a foster home for me, they will update you on more of my good qualities.
