Meet Thai
Thai, an uncommonly striking mixed-breed dog with a regal disposition is a delightfully sweet dog. She is approximately 9.5 years old, in good health and weighs 83 pounds.
Thai's personality is low-key. She is affectionate and people-oriented, but does not demand attention. She likes to give kisses and lean on you when you scratch her back. She is a great companion and would love to live with someone who works at home or is around a lot.
Thai's version of goofy is to squirm on her back and curl one lip up over her canine tooth in a crazy smile. She’s unlikely to excel at high-drive activities like fetching games or agility (she just wouldn’t see the point!) but might like to try other dog sports. She loves going to the beach, camping and swimming, and long day hikes in the woods. Thai also walks well on a leash. She is well-behaved and does not pull and she has basic obedience skills. She does best in a car if she is crated.
Thai would be the ideal match for an active, single retired person or couple with large-dog experience, wanting an affectionate companion to join on hikes or easy mountain bike rides. She is an indoor/outdoor dog, and requires a large fenced yard rather than a dog run. She would probably do well with a large male dog, but cannot be placed with another female. Although she tolerates young children if they don't chase her or jump on her, she would prefer to be in a home without small children.
