Meet Vivacious Victor
Hi! My name is Vivacious Victor and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued a bad situation in Puerto Rico where I was chained up in a backyard as a young puppy. My rescuer loved and cared for me until I was fully vetted and ready to take my liberation flight.
My foster family loves and adores me. They say I am a very SWEET, FRIENDLY dog. I get so excited to meet new people :)). I am also good with other dogs :)). I enjoy playing with other dogs but when I am done playing I love to cuddle on the couch with my foster family. I LOVE receiving lots of love and affection and I like providing the same to anyone I meet :)).
I am 6 months old, 20 lbs., neutered, fully vetted and vaccinated .
