Did You Adopt Tank?

Meet Tank

Tank is a 10 month old, 57 lb Greater Swiss Mountain Dog/Boxer mix. He is super handsome, and has a happy, enthusiastic temperament. Tank loves kids, but because of his size and strength, we are recommending homes with kids over the age of 6. He also loves playing with other dogs, but his playfulness may annoy older, more sedate dogs. He is crate trained, and sleeps through the night in his crate. He rides well in a car, and he usually sits in the backseat floorboard. He loves chewing any kind of rawhide bones, rope toys (playing tug of war), or chasing after balls. He currently eats a grain free dry kibble and has a good appetite. He loves to eat from a Kong toy with the food inside and a little peanut butter on the outside. Tank likes to go on walks, but due to his size and strength, he will do better with a harness or gentle leader. He has been to obedience training and knows several commands, but he is still a puppy, so that training needs to be reinforced on a consistent basis. Tank will be an awesome companion for some lucky adopter!
