As most South Texas natives know, we are always inundated with homeless animals in our community with an overwhelming amount of homeless dogs and puppies roaming the streets constantly. Then you have the kind hearted people who want to help these animals and give them a home; what started as a well-meaning individual taking in a stray has resulted in litter after litter of puppies and an owner feeling completely overwhelmed. She reached out for help and that’s where we came in. We were able to get all 14 pups fully vetted with bellies full of food and water here in our office before going into foster care.

This scruffy noodle, Rigatoni is sweet as can be. Now, it does take him a moment to feel comfortable with you but after a few pats on the head and good long scratch behind the ear, Rigatoni is all yours. He is a loyal guy and will follow you wherever you go. Rigatoni loves other dogs as well and is constantly chasing after his foster siblings’ tails or racing each other around the backyard.
