They are my most favorite thing. I will beg for attention and give head butts or little love nips to remind you that you should be petting and cuddling me, in case you forget. I get along well with other kitties and enjoy companionship. I am a very unique kitty. I am an exotic shorthaired persian cat. I am litterbox trained and very well behaved. Saturday, October 27: Adoption event at PetPeople, 6520 Telegraph Rd., Bloomfield Hills. From 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., come meet adoptable cats and kittens on the 4th Saturday each month (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2018: October 27. NO events in November and December 2018.

Sunday, October 28: Bowling and Raffles Fundraiser at 5 Star Lanes, 2666 Metro Pkwy, Sterling Heights. From noon to 4 p.m., bowl three games and receive free shoe rental, pizza and pop for just $25. Enjoy silent auction, bake sale, raffles, 50/50 and Halloween costume contest for adults and kids. Great opportunity to get a jump on holiday shopping. Pet owners will also receive a free goodie bag. If you purchase your Fur Bowl tickets in advance, you'll receive a free raffle ticket, too.

Saturday, November 10: Adoption event at Magoo's Pet Outlet, 3050 Union Lake Rd, in Commerce Township. From 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., come meet adoptable cats and kittens on the 2nd Saturday each month (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2018: November 10 and December 8.

Sunday, December 2: Quarters and Raffles Holiday Fundraiser at American Croatian Club, 32851 Ryan Rd, Warren. From 1 to 5 p.m., get your quarters ready and raise a paddle to win amazing items, from gift certificates to dog and cat supplies, and everything in between. Enjoy the silent auction, cash bar, lunch, raffles and shop the vendor area. Great opportunity to wrap up the holiday shopping.

Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
