PERMANENT FOSTER IS NEEDED FOR ELSA. ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED FOR ELSA IF SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO ADOPT HER. ELSA HAS A BAD HIP AND WILL NEED TO BE ON MEDICATION THE REST OF HER LIFE. SURGERY WOULD COST $2500 TO FIX HER HIP AND SHE MIGHT NOT MAKE IT THROUGH SURGERY OR COULD LOSE THE USE OF HER LEG ENTIRELY. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR ELSA'S CARE.
Elsa is a senior American Eskimo mix at 10 to 12 years old. She is very special. She was found as a stray and is very sweet. Everyone just loves her. Elsa needs a home as she is too old to remain in rescue. Elsa is up to date on vaccinations and is looking for her forever home. She does have a medical issue that will be discussed with anyone interested in adopting her. She's a great gal!
