Meet Felix
Felix is such a sweet boy who was found as a stray. He is about 7 years old. He's been in foster for about 3 years now, working on his fears.
His first foster failed to socialize him at all and allowed his fears to grow instead of working with him to help build his confidence. He was transferred to Dhana Metta so he could get the proper socialization.
He has been in his second foster home for over a year and has been doing great with his new foster family and foster brother.
Felix still has some fear issues with meeting new people.. fear of the noises of cars, trucks and lots of people in one place.
He bonds tightly with the Humans he trusts, and shows lots of love and affection.
He is house trained and walks well on leash.
Felix needs a patient, loving, quiet home with no children. He would benefit from having a confident doggie companion not too much bigger than himself. He would be ok with cats in the home as well.
Felix is ready to find his perfect human family. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has had his dental cleaning done.
His adoption fee is $395
An adoption application and home visit is required.
