Meet Quigley
Quigley is a delightful dog , playful, lively, quick to learn. He loves balls, loves to swim. An experienced adopter would treasure him.
However Quigley should be the only dog in the home and home should not have resident young children or cats.
He is fostered by Martha Johnson in Fresno, CA. contact her by e-mail at -- just change "at" to the symbol and remove the extra spaces.
Quigley was taken into foster care because his owner deteriorated into dementia and family was no longer able to give the dog enough care.
Do NOT apply to adopt him if you live more than 500 miles from Fresno, CA. we do NOT do long distance adoptions
Update 3/12/2019 :
Quigley is still available. we thought we had an adopter, but they did not follow through. So now he is available. He's a great dog !

UPDATE : he has gotten along OK with Martha's senior and dominant bitch. he has had some squabbles with her senior male, but recently that old dog has gained the upper paw. so probably Quig should be only male dog in home but could live with a confident assertive bitch. he should be OK with older dog-smart children, but maybe not good idea for younger ones.
