Meet Benny
He can be a little nervous at first but his foster mom said it only took about 2 days for him to feel right at home. He gets along with cats, small dogs, possibly big dogs depending on their temperament but young children make him nervous. He would thrive in a home without children or respectful older children. A home with the knowledge and understanding of his breed would be very "Benny-ficial." ? He knows to go to the door when he needs to go to the bathroom. He does have a history of marking but has learned quickly that it is not appropriate! He will just need someone to be aware so the act can be corrected before it happens. He is kennel trained and has learned quickly what "time for bed" means. He likes to snuggle and play fetch. Other than that, he is not toy motivated. He walks well on a leash and his foster family is teaching him his basic commands. He is a very smart boy!
