Little Joe was surrendered to Diamonds in the Ruff Canine Rescue when his owner could no longer care for him. You see Little Joe has a serious heart murmur. He is on daily medication to help relieve the pressure on his heart. He needs a forever home that wants a serious lap dog!

Little Joe is a very happy dog and weighs about 8 lbs. He would be happy to be carried around all day long. He is still very active, but needs a chill home that will love on him non-stop!

This dog is currently being fostered as part of Diamonds in the Ruff Canine Rescue. An application is required, along with a home visit and small adoption fee. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. **FENCED IN YARD REQUIRED**
