Chloe is a playful DILUTE CALICO PERSIAN. She is five years old, spayed and has her claws. Chloe came into rescue with a large number of other cats when their owner could no longer care for them due to financial hardship. Chloe was very matted and has been shaved. She is currently sporting a stylish lion cut but her fur will grow back. When it does, she will need regular grooming to keep her from matting. She has a very flat face with a nominal amount of drainage and does not have any breathing problems. However, she will need frequent face cleaning to keep her looking her best. Chloe is active and playful. She loves to run around, jump up and down, and play with toys. Chloe can be a diva and will only consort with cats who will let her be the Queen. As she is quite willing to put other cats in their place and she will not share her space, she should either be an only cat or live with submissive cats who let her dictate the rules. Chloe enjoys hanging out with people and receiving pets, which she frequently demands with an imperious paw. However, since all this is on her own terms, she would not be suitable with very young children, or active dogs. She has not shown interest in the foster family dog, but we believe she would be fine with a calm dog that was submissive to cats. ADOPTION FEE $250. FOSTERED IN OAK PARK, IL.
