Eddie Bull Terrier Gilbert, AZ

Eddie is a 2 year old, neutered male whom I adopted from county about two months ago. He's dog aggressive in some situations, and extremely cat aggressive. I do not have the skill, time or environment necessary to rehabilitate or manage his behavior issues. We live in an apartment complex overrun with stray cats and he's gone after three.

Eddie is crate trained, leash trained, has basic obedience and is CGC-ready. Good for the vet, nail trims, teeth brushing, and loves to be brushed. He travels well in a car, which is a good thing because he loves outings and needs plenty more socialization to make him the confident boy he was born to be. He is tolerant of children, but sometimes they scare him. He is quite the snuggler and very affectionate. Eddie is still young and has plenty of energy, so leashed hikes or bike rides are a great idea.

Up to date on vaccines, microchipped, registered with county, and tested negative for heartworm and tick fever. He's also on a heartworm/parasite/flea preventative monthly.

He cannot go to a home with cats, and a meet and greet is required with all household members (dogs included). In addition, I'm requiring two references (bonus points for breeder/trainer/vet references), a home inspection, and an adoption contract. It's very important to me that Eddie go to a home that understands the breed and will be responsible in caring for him for the rest of his life. Message me for more information.
