Chi Chi Akita Mix Clayton, NC

Chi Chi is a an affectionate, fun, and loyal gal who is ready to meet her new family! A 3-4 year old Akita mix, this gorgeous girl would love to shower you with kisses of adoration and a flurry of tail wags when you get home from your day.

A low to medium energy girl, Chi Chi is not particularly food motivated, but is very eager to please and loves being with people. She enjoys water, rolling in grass, belly rubs, and following her nose (sometimes she even snorts!). Hobbies include: being in the same room as you, lounging on the porch, bird watching, and surveying her land. A home with a screened porch or fenced in yard so she can practice her bird watching skills or take a dip in a kiddie pool on a hot day is a bonus.

Chi Chi is house trained and crate trained and would benefit from 2-3 walks (15-20 minutes) a day. She walks wonderfully on a harness, knows her name, the "sit" command, and is working on "stay". Chi Chi is good with kids, but is picky about her canine friends and prefers to be an only dog.

Chi Chi is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Our $250 adoption fee covers these expenses.
