Meet Bob

Bob is an 18 month old male lab mix who was rescued in Memphis after he was hit by a car. Well-socialized, friendly, never meets a stranger. This is a very happy dog! Very active but calms down quickly in the house. Good with other dogs but not recommended for cats because he likes to chase them. Loves kids and is recommended for children 6 years and older due to his activity level. Crate trained and housebroken. Loves to be with his people. Good on a leash, rides great in the car. In his previous life, Bob roamed the neighborhood at will and he'll still go exploring if he gets a chance so he needs a fenced yard. Bob suffered a dislocated R hip when he was hit by a car (while roaming the neighborhood) and his owner let time pass before surrendering Bob to rescue. Surgery was finally done to repair the injury and, although he may always have a little limp, it doesn't slow him down a bit. Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, weighs about 55 pounds. AWESOME young dog will make a wonderful companion for an active family.
