There’s nothing more fun than an adorable, clumsy pup, full of joy and play. Sparky is about 6-months old. He has the color and build of a pale yellow lab (cream) with the head and ears of a German shepherd. He’s just arrived at MLAR, but shows no signs of shyness, nor is he overly rough; he’s just right. He’ll probably be a fairly stocky guy. Out in the yard he shows friendly interest in the dogs on the other side of the fence from him, so he should be comfortable in a home with other dogs and kids (did someone say play?!). He’s just one perky fella waiting for a chance to brighten your home.

Out-of-state applicants will not be considered, unless there are special circumstances. Main Line Animal Rescue does local adoptions to families with excellent vet references and an installed fenced yard. You must have a secure traditional fence OR a professionally installed underground electric fenced area in which a dog can safely play without getting out). The fence must be securely attached to your house, dog pens, dog runs and a tie outs are not approved.
