Hi There!!! My name is Nova and my foster mom says that I'm just SUPER (as in Super Nova - ha!!). I'm about 8 months old and 28 pounds. I doubt I'll get much bigger, perhaps I'll just fill out a little more. Most people think I'm a Labrador retriever & heeler mix. I just can’t be sure.
My favorite things to do are playing and snuggling - not necessarily in that order. My foster sisters, Tessa and Darby and I play chase, tug and, of course, doggy wrestling. Darby can be kind of bossy, but I don't mind. What fun we have together!!! I definitely want a doggy brother or sister along with humans who enjoy snuggling for my Furever Family.
I enjoy taking walks, watching birds and rolling in the grass. I use the doggy door, but remember, I'm still a puppy. If you don't have a doggy door, I'm sure I can learn to let you know when I need to go outside. As a puppy, I find shoes and pens to be very interesting and worth the occasional chew. But if I pick up a pen or a shoe, my foster mom just gives me one of my toys to chew.
I am up to date on all my shots, spayed, microchipped and heartworm tested.
Please come meet me at Adoption Clinic at Petsmart on Academy, Saturdays 10-1.
