Buddy Shih Tzu Oklahoma City, OK

Buddy is a displaced 10 year old Shih Tzu that is looking for a person to love and take care of him for the rest of his years. Like so many seniors that have dogs, something happens and the pet is left out of a future with the remaining family. In Buddy's case the family passed him around and he ended up here at Tiny Tails. Buddy has been a great house guest and after a few days made himself at home. He still loves his belly rubbed and plays with toys. His medical was always kept up to date and he was surrendered with current vaccines, had a dental last year with teeth in great condition and on heart worm and flea prevention. Buddy is not a fan of kids which is understandable since his vision is probably a little blurry with age. His bones are great and he can jump upon the bed which came as a surprise. He has a large fluid filled pocket on his size that has been drained many times in the past but it always fills back up. His vet said to just leave it alone and take it for what it is.
Buddy needs someone to take care of him, play with him, go for walks, keep the treat can full, make sure he has his beloved toys and maybe a trip to get an ice cream cone. He acts like he was a frequent traveler and hates being left behind.
