Likes: Doing tricks, belly rubs, eating anything and everything, playing in a yard!
Dislikes: When Ma says it's not dinner time yet.

Sapphie is one heck of a dog! She's definitely a favorite among OTAT folks :) She is a total gem with people and kids and just loves to snuggle, cuddle, and be the best movie watching buddy in the world. She has impeccable household manners and is housebroken, crate trained, and at around 4 years old is an awesome age too...past adolescence but still has a long life ahead of her. She loves the pool and water (checkout the video!) and loves to play with stuffed toys. She's very food motivated and enjoys learning tricks! Right now she's mastered ‘sit’, ‘down’, and ‘stay’. She also politely waits until given the ‘ok’ to eat her breakfast and dinner!

Sapphire be is basically a perfect creature, save for the fact that she can be aggressive towards other dogs. She will need a home that is comfortable managing this behavior and where she won't be encountering too many fellow canines. A fenced in backyard is preferred for her! We aren't sure of her exact breed but if we had to guess we would say she is a Staffordshire Terrier mix.
