Boosa (BooKitty) Afghan Hound & Saluki Mix Melbourne, AR

Hi there. My name is Boosa, In Afghanistan it means Kiss. Paw calls me Boo Kitty (from Monster Inc) .When I first got here to Marley's World I was so grateful I couldn't stop kissing Paw. My old master got evicted and left me outside with another dog. We were the lucky ones. Some of the other dogs abandoned were locked up and did not survive. After a lot of love and care and good food I am healthy and happy.
I am often mistaken for a Black and Tan coon hound around here but I am an ancient and royal breed. I am a sight hound and I take looking and watching what goes on around me very seriously. Nothing escapes my gaze. I love to sit calmly and get patted. I may come across as a little aloof but that is because I am very dignified. I am most definitely not an "Odie". My breed is very loyal. Paw loves me a lot but I am saving my heart for someone special. If you are looking for intelligence, love and loyalty in a companion it just might be you.
